Si terr\u00e0 quest\u2019anno a Torino, dal 10 al 12 settembre 2026, la 33\u00b0 Assemblea Generale del network internazionale di avvocati specialisti in diritto della comunicazione denominato Adlaw International, organizzata dal senior partner di RPLT, Riccardo Rossotto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la tre giorni dell\u2019evento, venerdi 11 settembre sar\u00e0 organizzata una conferenza su un tema di grande e complessa attualit\u00e0: \u201cLaw in the revolution of online communication<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’evento sar\u00e0 ospitato nella storica sede torinese dell\u2019agenzia Armando Testa, fondata da Armando Testa nel 1946, e oggi, con Marco Testa alla guida, primo Gruppo di comunicazione italiano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alcuni dei 23 membri di Adlaw, rappresentanti di 23 paesi nel mondo approfondiranno, in quattro successivi panel, le tematiche riguardanti il diritto d\u2019autore nel web, la protezione della creativit\u00e0 pubblicitaria nel mondo dell\u2019Intelligenza Artificiale, la tenuta della privacy nel mondo dell\u2019AI, il tema della reputazione e della sua protezione nel web.Un’ importante occasione quindi per poter ascoltare le diverse culture giuridiche maturate su questi temi in molteplici Paesi, con modelli normativi diversi e a volte profondamente distanti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
