The international "Barman" campaign starts off Australia for the launch of the Lavazza A Modo Mio capsule system. Using language closer to that of the net, it describes in a surprising way, how every time someone on the other side of the world enjoys a Lavazza coffee with just one sip they can discover the quality of the product, Italian passion, the expertise of a company which is more than one hundred years old and four generations of a family which has always been dedicated to coffee. The idea was translated into the journey of an Italian barista and whenever the new Lavazza A Modo Mio machine is used in an Australian home, he sets off carrying a tray and a cup of coffee from San Tommaso 10 in Turin in Italy, where the Lavazza story began in 1895. From here, the barista crosses various Italian cities, collecting experiences, smiles and all the flavour of the typical savoir faire from the Bel Paese, until he finally arrives in Sydney to symbolically deliver all these values into the hands of Australian consumers.
